During the last few years, in search of my own well-being, I discovered Reiki Healing.  It is a truly transformative healing therapy.  I realised this was a complimentary field where, combined with my existing skills, I could help others discover their own potential for wellness. Following my studies, I have been a member of the UK Reiki Federation as a Practitioner Member since 2002.

I also studied at the prestigious Herts & Essex Academy where I gained my Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy.  I am affiliated to The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists.

As a result of my studies and experience in the fashion, hair and beauty industry, cultivated over several years, I chose to align both beauty and spiritual elements by merging them together. That is how Beauty Essentials was born.

I am also an established choreographer, specialising in creative concepts, organising fashion shows and wedding fairs.
